Transneft Urals Upgrades Power Supply Systems of 2 Line Operation Dispatcher Stations

Transneft Urals has upgraded internal power supply systems of two operating facilities of the Tuimazy Oil Pipeline Directorate: the Tyurino-PP and Yazykovo line operation dispatcher stations.

630-kVA modular diesel power plants with the third degree of automation were installed at the stations. Tanks for fuel storage with a volume of 5 m3 were mounted, protective lightning rods for the equipment were installed and the surrounding area was landscaped.

In addition, the control station panel was replaced at the Yazykovo LODS, 0.4kV cable lines from the packaged transformer substation to the new CSP were replaced. At the Tyurino-PP LODS, cable lines from the power substation to the indoor switchgear with a voltage of 6 kV were replaced and a new control station panel was also installed.

The modernisation of the internal power supply systems was carried out in accordance with Transneft Urals’ technical upgrading and revamping programme in order to increase the reliability of its operating facilities’ power supply.
